my baby is 4 month old and his teeths are coming he has loose motion what should I do

A. during teething kids tend to put everything in their mouth which causes stomach infection and therefore loose motions make sure whatever the child puts in the mouth is always clean and visit a pediatrician for proper treatment as your child is only 4 months old
