Q.

My 6months baby has congenital bilateral profound Sensorineural hearing loss,but in mri ,it is given that there is bilateral fluid opacification of middle air cavity and mastoid aircells,what does it mean? On draining the fluid,will hearing get reversed?;

A. As it shows inflammatory response to either traumatic injury or some other reason which needs to be examined

A. Yes the chances are bright that the hearing will improve after getting that procedure done so consult an ENT specialist and follow your doctor advice take care and stay safe

A. Im Not sure about it only an ENT doctor would be able to give you better clarity on that see your profession was monitoring and SS on that I can only give you the right suggestion for that because without proper assessment it would be very difficult to give you connect
