my 6 years daughter has got few red spots on face and feet....no other symptoms ..what to do

Atogla you can apply you can use it on the feet and hands both as per your comfort and you can use it 3 to 4 times in the day on the local region where the problem is happening hopefully within some days it is definitely going to get better and the rashes will start to subside
