my baby is 2 years old , today I see red pimples on his face . is it related to COVID... he has no other symptoms.

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent,, we'll pimples have never been seen as covid symptoms as of now. This can be allergy of due to dust as well.
Do nkt worry much about it. Just apply coconut oil or Babyhug massaging oil on the affected areas. It must heal or get better in few hours but if it does not then must Consult with your paediatric once. Good luck and take care
