my 6 year old kids teeth are not falling.they have grew all new behind the old ones

A. Hello dear mom at this age milk teeth shed and permanent teeth erupts. if milk teeth are not falling by their own and permanent teeth are erupting behind them then visit Pediatric Dentist for removal of milk teeth..or else it will lead to crowding of teeth.

A. Hi mom The teeth start falling around 6-7 years. So no need to worry. If there is pain in the teeth due to this then you can consult with the paediatric dentist for the same. Take care
