my son is 7 years old but still his teeth not falling down and there's new teeth born behind the teeth what I should do

Hello ma’am Please consult a child dentist for the same as you may need to get the previous teeth extracted in order to make space for new teeth and if you do not do it right now then you may have to get braces and later so please consult a doctor as soon as you can
