hi, my baby's milk teeth is not falling still now, bt 2 extra teeth born behind tat.. is tat normal???

Well actually if you see a situation where the milk teeth have not fallen and then you have started to come you should not wait to visit your dentist because the new teeth is not going to come in the correct place it is going to lose its place and it’s going to come later you may have to get the braces done but currently I think it’s good time for you to visit your dentist
