Q.

my 6 months old baby cannot sit without support for long time and she is not interested in sitting. She tries to pull herself up to sitting position but has not achieved the same completely.Is this normal?

A. No need to worry as all babies are different. They achieved their milestones between the age group decided. Sitting is usually done by babies between 6-8 months starting from sitting with support and then without support.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and he doesn’t sit without support for long time so it’s very normal for his age just give him calcium vitamin d3 supplements

A. do not worry if all the other milestones of baby are normal according to age, you should just wait and watch but in case of further queries you need to consult your doctor so as to examine the child to give correct guidance. the achievement of milestones in different babies in the particular age group may differ,some may show early as per age while at the same time some may have it delayed but they achieve according to their growth pattern yuipou can give a positive environment to your baby for achieving the milestone on time and get an assessment done additionally from your doctor to clear your doubts.

A. good evening yes it is completely fine your baby is only six months old there is nothing for you to be worked up about you have to be patient and wait for some time definitely the child would be able to sit properly
