Q.

My 6 month old boy often seems to be speaking with someone who isnt in the room. He raises his hand as if asking someone to pick him up, when infact either me or my wife is carrying him around. Even today, when my wife was feeding him he was looking behind her and smiling, talking and raising his hands. What could this be?

A. See kids can do a lot of things like this which can Jolly bee concerning for us but this is considered very normal there is nothing wrong with the behaviour of the child because most of the kids behave like this only but the reason is unknown further more issue check with your doctor maybe they can help you with something
