my baby devloped small bumps as in pic , from yesterday..it seems so itchy , he keep scrubbing it.. kindly advice what it could be

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi apply thin layer of coconut oil or you may try ice cube over it but don't use ice cube directly on it take a clothe and wrap Ice cube in it then gently pat it on itchy area keep that area clean
