Q.

my 5 yrs son say everything what he want and what he does. but cant hold the communication if we ask him somethings he reply something else which is nt related to the content we discuss.

A. hi we consider it as developemental delay or it can be autism case. but to diagnose the right problem , many things are required like your child's face to face examintation ,some questionary to you and your child , your child's medical history ,your family medical history etc so please consult your pediatrician or child psychologist for once
