my 5 month old girl has developed small red pimple like on he stomach chest n face area..is it due to winter

You can use calamine lotion on the entire body wherever the problem is happening this is going to help in reducing the issue that is there over the period but you’ll have to apply three or four times in the day for the betterment and the skin should be good over the period
