my baby have red small pimple on genital area , is it due diaper ? what can i do

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning yes it is possible that is happening because of diaper I would recommend you to avoid using diaper for a couple of days and also it is advisable to apply propyderm NF rash cream on the affected area
