my 5 month old breastfeeding baby is having cold and cough. for the past 5 daysmy pediatrician suggested to give macberry and coscopin drops to my baby but still no improvement in cold

A. the parent your kids 5 months old and suffering with copper and cold you may give steam inhalation along with nasoclear nasal drops 15 minutes prior to feed to liquify the secretions,apply Vicks baby rub on the chest for relief keep the room warm and cosy make sure handlers of the child do not have cough and cold

A. Hello ma’am Along with this medicine give good amount of indirect steam to your child at least 3 to 4 times in a day that will really help a lot in dealing with this cold and cough issue apart from the medication that your doctor has advised you to give. Steam inhalation is really really very important at this point
