my 5 month baby has fever and little cold what to do

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part off viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs fr treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

I would suggest to use Babyhug digital thermometer . if temperature is 100f or above , please consult your pediatrician. offer plenty of breastfeeds. give indirect steam or give Massage with warm mustard oil and garlic pod.
