Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. For nasal blockage as well as cough and cold you can give nasal saline drops of any brand and it can be given again and again that is can be repeated every three hourly.
It is salt water so doesnot not not have any side effects.
Continue feeding milk to the child and try to prevent temperature variations around the child

Sinarist Paediatric drugs can be given to the child as of now five drops twice a day for three days maximum five days that’s going to work it’s an antiallergic which is completely safe to be given to the child at this age go ahead with this and do consult your paediatrician for better medicines or antibiotics if required
