my 40 days baby is suffering from cold what to do?

A. keep the child well covered and cover the ears and neckof the child properly to prevent temperature variations. give nasal saline drops every 3 hours which will help in decreasing both cough and cold. you can also go for indirect steam inhalation. continue regular diet and keep child well hydrated. if the child is well hydrated then cough and cold will improve rapidly. anti-cold medicines at this xage have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. can give indirect steam inhalation.

A. hello u can put saline drops and also yse instant rub from babyhug which helps.. any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide u better on a proper examination of the same and advise you with a proper medicine accordingly
