My 4 years baby having red cheeks and 102 fever and feeling cold little shivering given FLUCOLD syrup 5ml please suggest

A. Atogla cream you can apply as of now and you can give any good paracetamol of your choice and do correspond to reduce the fever if the fever is continuously 102 and not reducing till three days if the fever does not subside then you should consult your doctor for further assistance please
