#AskTheExpert my baby is 10 months old. am having 102 fever. took dolo 650 tablet. can I feed baby while am suffering with fever body pains headacke shivering and lite cold cough. he got 100 fever today gave fepnil 250 5ml . please assist

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and yrou can also do cold shponging of the body if required
