Q.

my 3yrs old boy got a vesicle on the nose. not much painful, but it is spreading slowly. when the vesicle got burst, water like thing was coming out, n new vesicles are forming to the area till where the water spread.please suggest any ointment or gel like thing

A. that can be due to infection and this needs proper evaluation..so Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
