my 3 year daughter get cough and cold

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. uCough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectogkorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give baby indirect steam twice a day and apply Luke warm mustard oil on baby chest and also give baby ginger juice with honey and also add a pinch of turmeric powder and black pepper. Take care
