Q.

My 3 year boy usually constipated He doesn't eat spicy and daal sbzi only ghee wali chapati sooji cheela White egg how can I make him feel like Sab kuch Khao but nahi sath m sbke b only chapati kya kru

A. hi. try to add more if fiber rich fruits and veggies in her regular diet. guve him luke warm water to drink. also allow him active physical play outdoors
