Q.
My Baby boy doesn't eat spicy food at all I tried many times to give some spicy he always spits spicy food whenever I add some black pepper powder he jst ate few bites and spits the food ... He only eats cheela.. Chapati with egg and potato takes milk but not spicy at all he is always constipated my dietician said he is sensitive to spices .. Wht shud I do plz help

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. So don’t add too much of it just add very mild spice into the food of the child along with that also I would recommend you that you should give more to the child they are going to be much healthy to reduce down constipation
