my 3 old boy having tooth decay in lower jaw's second premolar on both side. and his upper jaw's central incisor and lateral incisor also damaged. how can I treat it? plz advise

Consult with your doctor dentist in person for proper examination and treatment
Brush your baby’s teeth twice daily
Use pea size amounts of teeth paste
Give ultra D3 drops
Avoid sweets and chocolate
