my bàby is 20 months old but still she didn't have lateral incisor in lower jaw ly 2 teeth in lower jaw bt she has 4 canine teeth on both upper n lower jaw.....is this normal..?

A. Hi you should consult with Pediatric Dentist for proper examination of the unerupted teeth.. generally lateral teeth erupt first and then canine teeth erupts..if you're seeing signs of teething in that area then gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip.
