Q.

My 3 months old baby gained around 400 grams in 3rd month and she is exclusively breastfeeding. Why she is not gaining weight. Is milk not sufficient for her growth. Her birth weight is 2.88 kg. What I need to do??

A. Ammani mam gain of 400 g in a month is considered very very healthy so if your child is gaining that have done that is very good and if it is not a sport that then even after having formula feeding the weight gain is not sufficient you should check with the doctor ones
