Q.

My 3 month old baby sleeps continuously through the night... 5 to 6 hours max.. I wake up to feed at 4 hour gap.. is it necessary to wake up like that or should I let him sleep? Also sometimes baby does not urinate for 5 hours while sleeping.. Is this normal.. Urine is passed 9 to 10 times during the day.

A. hello the baby is taking the feed well during the day it is not necessary for you to wake up the child in the night and it is absolutely fine to let the baby sleep and feed the baby when it demands for it which should not be a problem and the growth of the child is good enough especially
