Q.

My baby sleeps 8 to 9 hours continuously at night. should i wake him up to feed..

A. For a four month baby that can be a too long gap. Consider waking or dream feeding the baby atleast once in every four hours. Your baby should be peeing anywhere between six to ten times a day which means the baby is taking feeds properly. If not then you may have to certainly wake up the baby and feed in between. Also there should be a gradual weight gain. Keep a check on these factors.
