My 3.5 year old hits her 9 month sibling a lot... I tried everything, talking to her , scolding, time out etc but nothing helps. Any suggestions are welcomed

A. good morning you have to be absolutely strict about it otherwise have it will never come to men and make sure that you keep the two children away and you are absolutely do not permit the elder child doing such activity
