my 2months 20days baby boy doing Black and yellow mixed stool since one Day.He has been drinking Tulasi rasam.is any effect?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. it is not advisable to give this to the child at this age because it can cause gastritis so kindly stop it immediately and then meet the doctor and give only breastfeeding
