my 20 months old baby keep itching her private part. Her private part looks all normal and is Lil pinkish/reddish. no bumps or rashes.

But if your child is continuously scratching into that part that means there is some discomfort that your child is having I would agree to what you are saying maybe you do not see anything but it’s better to get a check with your doctor on a personal level
