My 2 yr old daughter ate plastic button yesterday, passed urine in the morning but I didnt find that button and vomited 2 times today and is not showing any other symptoms,is it a cause of concern? what should I do?

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessmengtt is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evadluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
