My 2 years twins only speaking papa n ba no other words speaks ? is it worried ?

A. Hello good afternoon !! Generally babies start speaking small words Papa,dada,mama around one year old. As your babies are two + year old have to speak more words. Start speaking with baby repeat words we usually use and encourage baby to speak soon babies will start talking. If babies doesn't respond or feels difficult to catch words consult speech therapist. By speech therapy babies can start talking.
