My 2 years baby doesn’t eat anything What to do?? I’m very tensed

A. Give her a bowl and a spoon to eat with. Let her play with the food and make a mess and this is how she will learn to eat independently. Give her small portions of food and give more only when she asks. Give her more finger foods. Offer different textures of foods. Offer colourful foods and offer foods on colourful plates or in colourful bowls as colours attract the attention of the kid. Cut foods into different shapes using food cutters.
