My 2 year old son fell down and broke his front teeth from root. Please let me know if the permanent tooth comes on future

A. Hi yes permanent teeth will erupt by the age of 6-7 years.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of the fallen teeth and guidance about future
