Hello my child is about to 2 years in the month of August. still he has 4 teeth. And yesterday he fell down from his cycle and his one tooth from upper jaw came out from root itself. Now I am very much worried will he have that milk tooth again or the permanent tooth only will come. please answer Asap.

A. Hi you should consult with Pediatric Dentist for proper examination of the teeth..these are milk teeth and they will be replaced by permanent teeth after the age of 6-7 years..so don't be tensed
