my 2 years old fell down and hit on her teeth now tht two centre teeth is little shaky will it become normal r have to remove it

A. pleaae visit a dentist and get it checked. it is difficult to say anything without a proper clinical examination. do not ignore it at all. visit a dentist asap to know
