my kid fell down and broke her teeth .. there is a little crack in front 2 teeth. is it necessary to fil the teeth

A. yes. please visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get it chcekd your dentist will tell you the proper treatment plan after checking. do nit ignore it al all .
