My 2 year 4 month old kid urinated on floor today when she got angry. She asked for a bottle of cold water and I refused it.is this normal?

A. settle down him with giving hugs n kisses, try to give little more attention to ur child, try to involve ur self in some activities with him. don't scold him just try yo talk with him.
