my 2 months 10 days old baby is coughing atleast 6 times a day but not having runny nose or fever. when I consulted doctor he said she is not having viral or bacterial cold. cold because of climate change and gave cold syrup for 3 days but she is still coughing. is there any other reason for cough?

follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there will bex changed in the medicines
