Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. My be viral or bacterial infection Kindly meet the dr for examination. History evaluation is required. Whether any any investigations is required or not will be told by the doctor. Meet the doctor for complete examination. Take easily digestible food.

Hi parent fever is caused by any infection so you may measure the temperature and give her calpol pediatric drops as per her weight and age if Temperature is 100f or above. keep her hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time
