My 2.5 years old daughter has some red color rashes type on her bump area.I applied coconut oil but it comes again.Please suggest some remedy

A. If the rashes are spreading or coming again and again then stop using diaper and continue applying coconut oil avoid itching or scratching the skin and jet it heal take care
