my 2.5 month old baby has a cold from a week and stuffed nose I am using cozy cold oral drops as suggested by doctor but still cold is not controlled can any one please tell me why?

A. hi cold weather can cause this more. so first ,keep the room temperature moderated choose weather appropriate clothes for your child and keep your child head slightly elevated while sleeping and feeding
