Q.

my 1yr old baby is suffering from cold with runny nose.. I used saline drops. after that she started crying and end up with vomiting. I m also using baby rub.. what else to do so that she get relief from cold.

A. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. Home remedies like Tulsi tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor paracetamol for fever and pain

A. Give sinarist 1.5 ML for three days that’s going to help you have to give it two times in a day also going to advise you to give indirect steam in halation of the child is not able to cope up with the nasal drops then indirect steam is definitely going to be quite beneficial as of now
