My 1month old daughter is having this rash on her cheeks n abdomen Since I am using coconut oil for massage and cetaphil baby soap for bath What would be the reason for this rash

In some cases when the coconut oil doesn’t suit the skin or any other oil for that matter doesn’t suit the skin it can lead to rashes like this so as of now would advise you to stop using everything just apply calamine lotion after giving a bath to your child and avoid using soap for being an oil massage should also be stopped for the time being
