My 1month 15 days old daughter has got cough n cold and fever so i visited doctor he gave nebulier, though the cold is controlled but she got some rashes in her legs and hands. Kindly tell me what should i do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. the child is having post viral or post disease rash and is very common at the end of viral infection. you have to just give plenty of fluids to the child and give bath twice daily and if there is itching then only you have to apply calamine lotion and this type of rasdh goes away in and around 2 to 3 days

Check with your doctor because sometimes when you give medicines and if they do not support precisely sometimes kids can have rashes or they create so much of heat in the body the child can have a rash like this so it would be better for you to check with your doctor accordingly they will advise you currently you can apply coconut oil if you want
