Q.

my 19 month old baby doesn't look at the person who is talking to him nor follow the instructions. what is the problem with him

A. its okay. kids have their own interests. if child is interacting well with parents then there's nothing to worry about.. at this age..kids may feel shy in front of strangers or outsiders

A. thank you doctor but sometimes he doesn't even look at us when we try to converse with him and he hasn't started speaking a single word. we are very apprehensive about him

A. some babies will take time to understand the instructions follow.. this is normal.. keep encourage as the baby learn.. try to comfort the baby.. at the baby as to make learn you should start with basic action words.. as come ,go ,speak, listen, play... and slowly speak in sentence..
