PriyaMom of a 5 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. hi. my kid also a poor eater. very hard to feed her. in this age most kids will be like this. give healthy foods, so even they eat small quantity, it will fulfill their requirements. try different recipes, different texture of foods, play with them and make the eating fun and happy. let them do what they like while you feed..

Try To give a different variety to the child all together every now and then that is definitely going to help because when you try to give the similar kind of food every now and then kids do not like to eat so try to give a different variation in variety different presentation altogether
