Q.

my 18 old months old baby is not speaking too much, he says akka, kakka, Tata, baba like that, he does not do bye bye, but if we tell him to to go Tata, he brings shoes, like whenever he wants to go out he brings shoes, and also mask for us

A. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the language skills of the child because speech will gradually come. try to avoid tv mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.

A. hi it is normal. mam,each and every child is growing at own pace. so , please don't compare your child with others just encourage your child to talk more by interacting with him more. but never force your child for this.
