My 15mnths old baby girl doesn't want to eat specially the breakfast...any suggestions?

Then Give milk and biscuit to the child it is not necessary that a child should be having proper heavy breakfast if your child is content with milk and biscuit also you go ahead with that and then give proper lunch to the child this way between this milk time in lunch time you can of a proper fruiys to the child
